PRESENTATION
This webinar will discuss monthly payment care plans as a method of growing an existing contact lens business. Monthly payment care plans have the potential to improve patient retention, allow the practice to price products competitively and create a more sustainable business model. Neelam and Shelly will also present the findings of practice-based research around monthly payment care plans, and discuss how to successfully implement, customise and evolve them in community practice. This is particularly relevant in an increasingly competitive market but also during the recent COVID-19 lockdown period.
