If you would like to attend this event but have not pre-registered online, please do not worry, as you can still register onsite at the venue. Delegate registration will open from 08.00AM on Tuesday 18 September 2018. On arrival, simply make your way to the Registration Desk situated on Level 1 of the Singapore Polytechnic Convention Centre to book and pay for your delegate package. The conference lectures will start at 8:30AM promptly, so please ensure that you arrive in good time to complete your registration before the sessions commence.

This event is open to all. We welcome both BCLA and SOA members who will receive a discounted rate. Non-members are very welcome, however the full rate will be payable. Please ensure that you have viewed the available packages & rates, and have read and understood the booking terms & conditions before registering.

Kindly note that all onsite bookings will need to be paid for by credit card only. All packages will be charged in Great British Pounds (GBP). If your home currency is not GBP, then the cost of your package will be automatically converted to Singapore Dollars (SGD) or your local currency by your bank. The rates published on the BCLA website are for guidance purposes only; the actual rate charged will be based on the currency conversion rate at time of booking. 

Important information in the lead up to BCLA Asia Conference & Exhibition 18 - 19 September 2018
The first BCLA Asia event to be held in Singapore is just days away and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you at what will be 2 days of fantastic learning and networking opportunities. Ahead of next week’s event, below is some useful information.

Registration
Delegate registration will open from 8.00am on Tuesday 18 September, where you will be issued with your conference pass and delegate bag. The conference lectures will start at 8:30am promptly, please ensure you arrive in good time to register before the sessions commence.

How to get here

CET/CPD
CE points have been approved by the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) in Singapore. UK CET points have been approved by the General Optical Council (GOC). Refer to the Approved CE Sessions Reference Guide for more information. Please ensure you complete your feedback form in order to receive your CET/CPD. Feedback forms will be available to collect from the registration desk. 

Tuesday Evening Drinks Reception
All delegates are invited to attend the 'Networking Welcome Drinks Reception' on Tuesday 18 September, which will start at 5.45pm in the exhibition halls. 

Refreshments
Your delegate package includes lunch on the Tuesday 18 & Wednesday 19 September and refreshments with light snacks during the coffee breaks.
