Manchester is expected to be very busy over the June 2023 period; it is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment. Please be assured that you will have the option to cancel or amend your booking up to 28 days prior without penalty, so there is some flexibility if your circumstances change. 

How to book
Marketing Manchester Convention Bureau is the official accomodation booking provider for the BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition. 

To take advantage of preferential rates, visit the accommodation booking portal where you will find information on each hotel's current rates, facilities, and distance from the venue plus instructions on how to book, modify, or cancel your accommodation reservation.

All bookings require a guarantee; either credit/debit card details where payment is made directly with the hotel on arrival/departure or you may request a Pro-Forma Invoice where payment must be made prior to arrival.

The accommodation booking window on the portal has been extended until 30 May 2023 at selected hotels.
