BCLA Asia Conference: 'Surviving Practice Change'

The science stream is assessed in the form of abstracts that can be submitted as a poster only or as a paper/poster (allocated by the academic committee). Paper talks are usually 15 minutes or 6 minutes rapid. All submissions must be made using the online submission form. A pre-screening service is available to aid authors in developing abstracts that will meet the above criteria. Please refer to the submission guidelines document for more information about this service.


Pre-screening service: Midnight (GMT) on 15 May 2018 - CLOSED
Final Submissions deadline: Midnight (GMT) on 15 June 2018 - CLOSED


Authors will be notified in writing (electronically by email) by no later than 30 June 2018 if their abstract has been accepted or declined for inclusion in the programme as either an oral presentation or an electronic poster. The Academic Committee decision is final. If you require a decision before the 30 June 2018 for the purposes of booking flights to Singapore, please contact events@bcla.org.uk 

Accepted authors will be expected to register as a delegate for the BCLA Asia Conference taking place on 18 - 19 September 2018. Regrettably no financial assistance can be provided to accepted authors for conference registration or accommodation and travel expenses.  Detailed information on how to register will be provided in the acceptance letter.
