BCLA is excited to announce the return of the BCLA UK Conference & Exhibition in 2018 and, for the first time, will be a one-day event in two major cities with the first being held at Conference Aston at Aston University, Birmingham on Monday 10 June 2018 and the second event at The IET Savoy Place, London on Sunday 10 June 2018.

HOW TO GET HERE
 

The first of the two events will take place on Monday 4 June 2018 at Conference Aston at Aston University, Birmingham. The self-contained campus of Aston University sits at the heart of Birmingham city centre, just off the A38 as you approach the city from the M6. Train stations at Birmingham New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill are just a 15-minute walk from the venue. Conference Aston is also conveniently located near to 5 major motorway links, all within a 25-minute drive. Birmingham Airport is also situated nearby for those who are travelling from further afield.

All the meeting suites for the event are modern, light and spacious and are located on the ground floor of Aston University’s impressive Main Building, accessed directly from the North Wing entrance. The venue offers flexible space configurations thus allowing for the conference and exhibition space to be suitably located on the ground floor, as to enable delegates to move from one area to another easily and efficiently.

BCLA then comes to London on Sunday 10 June 2018 for the second BCLA UK event at the IET Savoy Place, London. This unique venue is located in the heart of London, meaning that the IET Savoy Place is fully accessible by all major transport links in the capital whether you are travelling by National Rail, underground tube, air, bus, river or on foot. Covent Garden, Embankment and Charing Cross are located within walking distance to the venue, whilst for those travelling to mainline stations at Liverpool Street, Euston and King’s Cross will also be at proximity to the IET Savoy Place.

Cool, contemporary, flexible spaces form the perfect setting for the BCLA UK event at Savoy Place. The recent refurbishment of the meeting space has increased the venues capacity and flexibility, while the design facilitates smooth delegate flow throughout the building.
