Online pre-registration for this event is closed. If you would like to attend this event, you will be required to registered onsite at the venue. The BCLA registration desk will be open from 9am at the The Royal Society of Medicine on Tuesday 26 November 2019. If you have any queries in the meantime, you may contact [email protected] until 3:30pm on 25 November 2019. Any queries received after this time will be dealt with onsite. 


BCLA Pioneers & Visionaries Conference and Exhibition

The next Pioneers & Visionaries Conference and Exhibition will be held on Tuesday 26 November 2019 at The Royal Society of Medicine, London, 09:00 - 17:00.

This exciting one-day conference will feature an exhibition of our prestigious educational event sponsors alongside a full programme of presentations delivered by a high calibre of speakers, including the presentation of the 2019 BCLA Pioneers Lecture, together with a networking lunch. In keeping with the tradition of the Pioneers and Visionaries events to incorporate something for every interest, the lectures will present current and new thinking on key topics of relevance to everyday contact lens practice and ocular surface management.

 

Who can attend? 

Members: Inclusive of BCLA membership
This event is free for BCLA members (includes all membership categories except for Registered Users and Online Affiliate Users). If you are a current member of the BCLA and wish to register for the event; Log into your BCLA account and register online. If you need assistant to log into your account, please email[email protected]  please do not create another account.

Want to bring a guest? BCLA members can invite up to 1 non-member guest to experience this event. BCLA Member must attend the event in order for a guest to attend. BCLA members must register their guest by emailing the guest full name, email address and GOC number to [email protected] by 22 November 2019. If yourself or your guest are unable to attend, please notify BCLA in writing by emailing [email protected]

Non-members: Delegate rate: £199.00
If you are not a BCLA member, you can join as a full member and save on your delegate fee and attend this event for free. In addition to this you will also gain access to full BCLA membership benefits for a year from the date you join. CET

CET accreditation will be applied for. To receive CET, please ensure that you have supplied your GOC number on your online BCLA account and have signed in onsite and completed the CET feedback from for each CET approved session attended, which will be given to you onsite, in order to receive the applicable points. Please allow up to 10 days after this event has taken place before receiving your CET point.
