Registration for the BCLA 2023 Presidential Address and Dinner is closed.

No online or onsite registrations will be accepted after registration closes at 1PM (GMT) 22 November 2023.

This will be BCLA's first face-to-face address since 2019 and we look forward to bringing everyone together for the occasion. The evening will cosist of: a welcome reception, address from Rakesh, and a sit down dinner. 

Rakesh's BCLA Presidential Address titled 'Insights and Visions: A Practitioner's Perspective on the Future of the Contact Lens Industry in the UK', will discuss the results of a small survey that he conducted among some ECPs, focusing on their fears and opportunities in the contact lens industry. Rakesh will also explore how the contact lens business operates in other countries and what we can learn from them.

Lecture has been accredited for 1 CPD point (C-107210).

• BCLA Presidential Address delivered by Rakesh Kapoor.
• 1 CPD point for attending the full 1-hour presentation (subject to CPD accreditation).
• Three course sit down meal with wine.

If you are booking on to this event, you are committing to attending the FULL evening. BCLA will not offer discounts or refunds if the full evening is not attended.

• This event is open to all. Spaces are limited; pre-registration is mandatory. Book early to avoid disappointment. 
  
  
• BCLA Members must log in to their BCLA account to qualify for a member discount towards the registration fee. 
  
  
• Non members must first  join as a member OR create a free registered user account before registering for this event. Note that refunds for the difference in price between a member and a non-member event package will not be issued if BCLA membership is purchased after the purchase of an event package. 
  
  
• Only one conference booking can be processed per account. If you are registering on behalf of a colleague, you will need the account holders permission to access their account to process their registration. 
  
  
• Input the correct address to appear on your invoice at point of checkout. Requests to change invoices after a booking has been made may not be actioned until post-event.
