We strongly recommend that you register online in advance to avoid long queues on the day.

This event is open to both BCLA members and non-members.

BCLA Members must log in to their BCLA account to qualify for any applicable discounts towards the registration fee.  

Important reminder: To access the member discounts, you must be logged into your BCLA membership account. All members were sent a reminder to reset their passwords following the upgrade to our website. If you have already actioned this - that's great. If you haven't please ensure you do, so you can access the correct membership/delegate package rates.

Non members should join as a member OR create a free registered user account before registering for this event. Refunds for the difference in price between a member and a non-member conference package will not be issued if BCLA membership is purchased after the purchase of a conference package. 

Only one conference booking can be processed per account. If you are registering on behalf of a colleague, you will need the account holders permission to access their account to process their registration.

Workshops have limited availability and must be booked in advance. Workshops will be available for booking in March 2025. You will have the option to add workshops to your existing delegate package booking at that time.

Saturday 7 June is a short day. All tracks, including the exhibition, are expected to close at 2pm.  

To attend the exhibition only (no conference sessions), please select the Exhibition Only Visitor package.

20% VAT will be added at checkout to the total cost of your booking.

Please ensure that you input the correct address to appear on your invoice at point of checkout. Requests to change invoices after a booking as been made may not be actioned until post-conference.
